Final Paper Submission

General Instructions: 

In order to include your paper in the conference program and the conference proceedings published by IEEE, we need you:
1. Submit the final version of your paper with both IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file and WORD file by July 20, 2010.
2. Pay the registration fee beforeAugust 1, 2010 (see "Registration" page)
3. Submit the signed IEEE Copy-Right form by July 20, 2010 (see "IEEE Copy-Right Form" page)

 Important Notes:

1. Paper Length: Up to 8 pages, including figures, tables references. Additional page fee will be charged for the paper over 5 pages.

2. Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt font.

3. No page numbering on the manuscript is allowed.

4. Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Steps of Submissions:

1. Download template files.

2. Prepare your manuscript with taking the reviewers' comments into account (click  here to read the reviewers' comments on your paper).

3. Proofread and check layout of the manuscript (as mentioned in the above "Important Notes").

4. General PDF file and make sure that your PDF file passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compliance check using IEEE PDF eXpress system (click here ) or go to its web site http://www.pdf-express.org

5. Once at the PDF eXpress website, create a new account by clicking on "New Users - Click Here" link.

6.  Enter "icalip10x"for the Conference ID.

7. Continue to enter information as prompted. You will receive an email confirming the successful creation of your account.

8. Through your PDF eXpress account, you may submit your source application files for conversion to PDF, and/or submit PDFs for checking. You will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied with the PDF that PDF eXpress creates for you, if you find mistakes in your manuscript, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.

9. Obtain the PDF file which has passed the compliance check and with which you are satisfied, please click here to submit your final Xplore-compatible PDF file, WORD file and Copy-Right form on the ICALIP2010 Online Submission System.
